Executive summary


Collective Board X is a turnkey service that gives the owner of a small limited company access to external board advisers with experience in management, B2B sales, finance, operations and digital.

We set up a legally non-binding Advisory Board that brings judgement, focus and execution pace without corporate complexity. Within 6–8 weeks it is up and running with a monthly cadence, clear metrics and a 12-month value plan.

Cadence, agendas and KPIs


Cadence: monthly (2 h) and quarterly (4 h).
  • Standard monthly agenda: results and KPIs, sales/marketing, operations, people, risks/compliance and a decisions block with owners/deadlines.

  • Core KPIs: revenue, margin, EBITDA and cash, CCC, pipeline, CAC/LTV, OEE/OTIF/scrap, employee NPS and absenteeism.

Adviser profiles


B2B Strategy & Go-to-Market, Finance/CFO, Operations/Lean, Digital & Data. Criteria: 10–20 years of experience, independence, availability, absence of conflicts and cultural fit with the founder.

Governance and documentation


Board Charter (purpose, scope, limits, confidentiality, conflicts, replacements), standardised minutes with agreed actions, RACI matrix, annual calendar, NDA and GDPR policy.

Implementation timeline
